Only three and a halfpre days, then the longest series of flights….EVER!!!
Just realized I haven’t posted in a while… Nothin too exciting, a couple days of gym, equal amount of days of laziness. Bangkok-landlocked, drank 2-4-1 margaritas and ate surprisingly tasty nachos w/ REAL cheese then decided to drink scotch tonite, um, ugh!?. Planning an ‘activity’/’activities’ for tomorrow or fri as a surprise for Colin;)(good stuff), more later…
VISAVISAVISA!
Time to make a run to the border….To Vientiane, Laos that is, to extend Colin’s & my visas for another month! It’s 11:40am right now and we will be heading to the train station around 7pm for an overnight train. Going to rent bicycles (yay) and ride around for about 3days. Very excited for some fabulous baked goods, good coffee (hard to find in Bangkok, they drink alot of instant (gag)) & some exploring….so we both are excited! Money is pretty tight now due to some unforeseen travel expenses but we are making due. It will be nice to get out of Bangkok for a few days again and see some countryside, and shit, hangout in a whole other country! Really wish we could afford to go to Vietnam too but it doesn’t look like its in the cards for this trip :(
